Lately, I’ve noticed comparison creeping in—watching others write better, look better, and have more money. The mind seeks outward, measuring and contrasting, always searching for proof that I should be somewhere else, doing something more. Why must I look outside myself?
I genuinely want an internal comparison — becoming more intentional each day, deepening into who I am, and releasing the energies I’ve been holding onto for too long. Instead of grasping, I want to let go into love, to expand my awareness beyond fleeting insecurities and into the vast, unshakable presence within me.
There’s a place inside that whispers, "Trust in love." It asks me to stop seeking certainty in external validation and rest in gratitude in the unfolding mystery of this life. The river of life doesn’t compare to other rivers; it simply flows. Can I do the same?
So I ask myself: How can I show up today as my best version?
Not from a place of force or striving but by staying intentional while having fun with the process. By allowing life to guide me rather than trying to control it. By being present, staying awake, and staying curious. By listening, loving, and being open to the unknown.
Yes. This is what I want: to be in the river, not fighting the current but letting it take me exactly where I need to go.
Maybe you feel this, too. Maybe you’ve noticed comparison creeping in, making you feel small, disconnected, or behind. If so, let’s step back together and remember: We are not here to measure ourselves against others. We are here to experience, express, trust, and, most of all, love.
With flow, Lisa-
